Chabad of Lexington On Call is committed to creating a warm community within the hospital environment by reaching out to patients, families of patients, and medical staff, addressing both their emotional and spiritual needs.
We also provide numerous resources such as holiday packages and prayer booklets for patients and their families.
Chabad of Lexington On Call offers chaplaincy services to the local hospitals, senior living facilities, and home-bound individuals providing comfort and guidance during difficult times. Chabad on Call endeavors to serve any needs visiting patients and family members may have.

"Bikur Cholim" - visiting the sick - in Hebrew, is a term encompassing a wide range of activities performed by an individual or a group to provide comfort and support to people who are ill, home-bound, isolated and/or otherwise in distress.
